These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to websites and applications operated by FC Real Bengaluru(“RealVerse”, “we”, “us”). By using our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering or submitting forms. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Staff accounts may require additional verification (including MFA).
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access data or accounts you are not authorized to view.
- Upload malicious code, harass others, or misuse player or parent information.
- Scrape, overload, or circumvent security controls.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
3. Academy content and IP
Training materials, branding, and platform software are owned by FC Real Bengaluru or licensors. You receive a limited license to use content for personal academy participation. Do not redistribute commercial content without permission.
4. Fees and payments
Fee amounts and schedules are set by the academy. Online payments are processed by PayU; additional terms from PayU may apply. Refund policies are communicated by academy staff separately.
5. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Coaching insights and analytics are informational and not medical advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, where applicable.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect users and data. You may stop using the service at any time; data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
